Singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer Brian Keith Wallen has released 16 CD's and performed more than 400 shows across the Midwest, including appearances at Dollywood, the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Beale Street in Memphis, the Main Stage at Cincy Blues Fest, and the Children's Museum of Indianapolis.
Brian was named the 2011 Blues Artist of the Year by the Star Gennett Foundation. He was the winner of the 2011 Cincy Blues Challenge, and was also a finalist at the 2012 International Blues Challenge in Memphis. His 2011 release, "Every Mile," was named "Best Self-Produced CD" by the Cincy Blues Society.
Brian is also currently performing in a blues duo with Alexis Klosinski, an ISSMA award-winning drummer. Her accomplishments are broad, and range from being accepted into the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston, to doing session work and touring Europe with a concert band. With both Brian and Alexis only being 20 years old, they represent the next generation of great blues talent.
